From this point we work on engaging closely with subject matter experts within the client’s business to develop an engaging and varied learning experience to meet the needs of the business and to accommodate the individual differences present in adult learning. Outcomes can be met in the classroom, but also through a more holistic L&D plan, including coaching interventions, mentoring and eLearning solutions.
